None at first: Sadly, there is no screening for ovarian cancer and by the time it causes symptoms, it is often advanced. Abdominal swelling, pain, or shortness of breath can happen in those cases. If you have strong family history for breast or ovarian ca, ask your gyn about risk assessment and genetic counseling. If the risk is high enough, a woman may benefit of preventative surgery.

See below: Unfortunately there are no specific symptoms. The usual ones are abdominal discomfort, bloating, change and bowel and urinary habits, later there may be abdominal swelling, weakness, weight loss and in some cases hormonal symptoms.
