Trouble is: The symptoms are quite vague. That's why it's hard to diagnose until the disease has progressed. Abdominal pain, bloating constipation, loss of appetite, early satiety, fatigue, pressure to urinate have all been reported as symptoms. These are nonspecific and can be seen in many disorders.

Minimal: Early on, few if any signs. As the cancer progresses, one may feel abd / pelvic pain, bloating, constipation, urinary frequency or pain, early satiety (feeling full too soon when eating), fatigue, menstrual pains, painful intercourse. Hard to detect from signs alone.. if several of these signs are present, see your doctor..
