Yes: Swollen lymph nodes may be the only symptom of lymphoma, but there are also many other reasons for lymph nodes to be enlarged. A biopsy is necessary to determine if an enlarged lymph node is due to lymphoma. Other symptoms people can have are fatigue, weight loss, fevers and night sweats.
