Possible: Lymph node enlargement without other symptoms such as fevers, fatigue, anemia, weight loss, pain can be seen in lymphoma cases- biopsy is necessary for diagnosis in most cases.

Yes: Swollen lymph nodes may be the only symptom of lymphoma, but there are also many other reasons for lymph nodes to be enlarged. A biopsy is necessary to determine if an enlarged lymph node is due to lymphoma. Other symptoms people can have are fatigue, weight loss, fevers and night sweats.
