A member asked:

Can you tell me if a super morbidly obese person lost the weight, would they still have complications?

Super obese: It depends on so many things. How heavy they were, how much weight they lose, what medical problems they had, how severe they were, etc. However, no matter how you look at it, the super obese individual that loses a significant amount of weight will be much healthier and have a lower risk of death than if they stayed super obese.
