Could you tell me what happens to the fat that's removed from obese people during weight loss surgeries?

Weight loss surgery : Fat is not removed during weight loss surgery. That is a myth. We only make your stomach smaller or bypass some of the stomach and intestine to make you eat less and lose weight. We don't actually remove any fat during the operation.
