Looks promising: There is a lot of research being done with stem cells, and one of the areas being researched is creating new teeth. They're already growing organs, so teeth shouldn't be too much more difficult, so i find it very promising research!

Maybe: Stem cell research is providing some very innovative information for treating certain problems. Many dental offices are offering patients the ability to save extracted teeth for stem cell processing for possible future utilization. Stem cell treatment for some congenital problems looks very promising.
