Researchers can grow enamel in the lab. The abilities to form teeth, have them with dentin and enamel for strength, be of the correct tooth (molar, premolars, incisor) etc. Is way off.

Astonishing progress is being made in using stem cell research to grow and repair new tissues. Growing new teeth in a damaged jaw is and extremely challenging task, and while we have implanted tooth germs in experimental models, even this does not look like a predictable treatment in humans for a long time. You better brush and floss the ones you've still got and look at implants as an alternative.
