INCRS PROSTAGLAND/SE: It is due to increase prostaglandin production from the uterus, this ia called primary dysmenorrhea and can be treated woth nsaids meds like naproxen, Ibuprofen etc but secondary dysmenorrhea is due to conditions like endometriosis, leiomyoma, ovarian cysts, pelvic congestion consult your doctor or gynecologist what is good for you.
