A member asked:

Can historic personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder similar or difference?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Differences: Narcissists have a pattern of grandiosity, a need for admiration and a lack of empathy. They are often arrogant, think that they are important, exaggerate their achievements and have a sense of entitlement. Histrionics are overly dramatic and appear like they are acting. They are seeking attention and may be overly sexualised. Their emotions are overexaggerated.
