You can't: At your age, we do not perform "bone age" studies as all the growth plates will have closed. If you are talking about bone density, the only way to measure this is with a DEXA scan.

Assume it: In general the term bone age is only used as a relative reading for growing children and teens. If you are as listed,46 years old, the term is not used. Once the bone age has reached the "adult" status where growth centers are closed, it is not relevant.
