A member asked:

My bones get weak very quickly during a track work out. is this due to a lack of vitamins? 18 year old male. in pretty good shape.

Need exam: You may be iron and/or vitamin d deficient simply because these are common; your physician can check and if the former, help determine why. I do not know exactly what you mean by weak bones, but suspect this is muscle pain; if you're keeping up in athletics it is probably not major muscle disease but again a physician's office visit is in order. Good luck. I want to heard others' ideas.
