AI diet, vit D,K &: I would recommend following an anti-inflammatory diet rich in green leafy vegetables as a source of calcium, magnesium & vit k- see www.Drweil.Com/drw/u/art02012/anti-inflammatory-diet i would also supplement with 5000 units/ day of vit d & at least 1 mg of vit. K & consider calcium & magnesium. Avoid sugary drinks- esp. Sodas & coffee due to their acidity. Green tea can be beneficial.
