Have an auto immune disease, recently have noticed swollen lymph nodes in my neck and jaw. rheum says never seen in a psa patient. not lupus. any insi?

See details: There are numerous possible causes for lymph node enlargement. You unfortunately did not mention what meds you are taking. If the psoriasis is fairly active, it could possibly be a cause. Other causes include infection or lymphoma. If this has been a persistent issue then it may need more detailed evaluation.

Biopsy: In any situation where enlarged lymph glands persist, further enlarge or new ones appear, I believe that a biopsy of one or some of the enlarged lymph nodes is indicated for diagnosis. Discuss this with your physician.
