Many ways of dealing: There are many ways of dealing with work stress, ranging from talking to your peers and friends for support, to formally treating the symptoms that stress causes like anxiety, depression, insomnia, muscle tension, gastric ulcers, etc. When coping is not enough, you may need to consider changing jobs. This is hard, but if you try to work under too much stress, you can get very sick.
