Need 2nd opinion: Suggest you see urologist or uro-gynecologist who expertise in pelvis surgery. If all surgery done by gyn dr see a urologist, if by urologist see uro-gyn. Ideally, work-up should include video-urodynamics to arrive at root cause of problem. Surgical opions r sling procedures (minimally invasive) & suspensions (open surgery) or injecting bulking agent around bladder neck.
