Being solid yourself: Being solid and stable yourself -- where you are basically okay no matter what happens -- is a great start! all work situations have their stresses, and each of us is variably sensitive to them. Deal as best you can with whatever is present (even though upsetting) and then let it go. Don't stockpile it. If you can't do this, either you or your workplace is out of balance. Get help in discerning.
