Brush: You should brush twice a day minimum. You may consider adding another brushing if you have consumed food or drinks that are high in sugar or starches. Always use a soft bristled brush. Do not forget flossing. Most cavities start between teeth and can be prevented by flossing regularly. Your smile is your chance to make a good first impression, make it great!

Brush at least..: 2-3, times per day for a minimum time of 2 minutes for each brushing. Consider an electric toothbrush (oral b or sonicare) which will do a more thorough job than a manual toothbrush . Floss, use inter-dental stimulators (stimudents or rotapoints) & consider an oral irrigator (waterpik) this is no substitute for seeing your dentist at least twice per year for an exam & professional cleaning.

Teeth brushing: You should brush your teeth 2-3 times a day and floss at least once. Do not brush immediately after eating, wait 20 minutes so the ph in your salvia returns to normal. Use a soft toothbrush.

Start: Start with an examination and professional cleaning. Brush at least 2x/day, for 2 full minutes by the clock, brushing gently but thoroughly w soft toothbrush & pea sized portion of toothpaste. Let Dentist or Hygienist show you how. Absolutely imperative that you clean between teeth daily. Ask Dentist about Floss, Water-Pik, Air Flosser, or Proxi-Brush.
