Varied: Symptoms are varied and can include delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech and behavior, or even catatonic behavior. However this is a very complex diagnosis and is uncommon in teens her age. Given that you are asking the question, it is time to have her evaluated by a doctor or psychiatrist.
