See a doctor: As i mentioned in my other answer, Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can cause paranoia so it is possible you are experiencing side effects rather than developing paranoid schizophrenia. Schizophrenics have delusions/hallucinations but it may be hard for them to know what it real and what is not, so it is difficult to self-diagnose. Please see a doctor- perhaps the one who prescribed your adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).

Paranoid Schizophren: You lose touch with reality, become delusional & hear things that are not real. Your memory, concentration & emotions are still somewhat intact.

Diagnosis: Schizophrenia is a serious condition for which many effective treatments are available including those for adolescents. It is characterized by symptoms of psychosis including hallucinations and delusions with associated symptoms including lack of emotions, social isolation, difficulty thinking. Other medical conditions that can cause psychosis need to be excluded.
