Stretching: Do most of them lying down. In a lying down position, use your other arm to help lift you affected side up and down. In a seated position, you can use a swivel chair to move outwards while you hold onto the edge of a table with your hand. You can also wall walks with your fingers up and down the wall or shower. Make sure you are cleared to do shoulder motion. Sometimes we don't want you to.
