Therapy: Although i can give some suggestions, you should be actively involved in physical therapy and follow their guidlines. I suggest a home pulley, using the good arm to help assist the operated shoulder with flexion. Also doing wall climbs by using your fingers to climb up a wall. Make sure to let your surgeon know you are having difficulty. Good luck.
