What would you say is the very best method to remove scar tissue from the brain?

Brain scar tissue: It's best to leave the 'scar tissue' where it is unless it is affecting a vital structure/vessel or causing some other problem such as seizures. In that case, surgery can be performed to fix the problem. But otherwise removing it for no good reason may actually cause more harm than good.
