A member asked:

I've got ibs now i can't eat like my stomach is rejecting food like i'm allergic is it possible or just my ibs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Introlerance: Milk intolerance is very common occasionally wheat and infection may be associated to ibs food allergies , celiac disease or inflammatory disorders have to be ruled out avoid triggers like coffee or stimulant like colas/energy you have to clean colon , constipation may produce nausea and discomfort(gastro-colic reflex) means that your colon is distended and send feedback to your stomach to stop.
