Is there anything i can take for ibs i get bad stomach cramps i was shot in 2015 i'm 21 now i was prescribed ibs meds but allergic to most please i'm young and i'm suffering like an old man?

If you can identify foods that trigger intestinal symptoms, research the Fodmap diet for many foods to avoid. You could also try taking some of our very old intestinal antispasmodic medications like dicyclomine, donnatal or probanthine. These can be taken as needed or as a preventative 1/2 hour before main meals. Discuss with your physician or gastroenterologist.
