my ibs has been acting up a lot lately. my stomach is always bloated, cramping, gassy and i think it caused my period to randomly start early. a lot of foods are upsetting my stomach. any advice how to help treat this as my medicine doesnt work.

IBS: Acupuncture can be helpful for a number of GI conditions. Consider talking to your doctor about using acupuncture as an adjunct to your current treatment.
