Not magic: Drinking water is a good thing, but does not heal muscle like magic. You'll also need protein, vitamins and a healthy immune system. If you are scared of gaining weight, just watch your diet. Because you can't work out, you must control your diet to adjust for the sudden loss of burning calories. You must restrict your calorie intake to match your activity level. Good luck.
