Why: There is no need to monitor your fluid intake or target a specific intake. The supposed need is a myth. You get fluid value from both fluid you drink & many foods you eat. If you pee at least every 6 hrs you are hydrated. The only thing you do by drinking this way is to assure you pee more often. What you pee reflects intake & basal fluid losses through breathing & the skin which will vary.
