Will 4 grams of sugar affect fasting blood glucose?

Do you have diabetes: If you have diabetes the more sugar you take the higher your blood sugar is likely to be. If you don't have diabetes it is likely that 4 grams of sugar won't affect your diabetes. Why are you taking 4 grams of sugar? Are you really weighing it?
