Nose pain: This is a concern that you should have evaluated immediately by either your dentist or an ENT specialist. You did not mention if you sustained any trauma to the area. Either way you should have this evaluated for a tooth related, sinus or nasal infection etc.

Infected teeth: Sounds like your front teeth are causing the swelling. Could be a tooth abcess or a periodontal infection. See a dentist!
