Yes: If you're fatigued enough, yes, your fingers and toes can shake. This is called tetani and comes about when your muscles have exhausted all of their energy. If you have reached this state without exercising, you should get checked out to make sure that there isn't a deficiency involved.

Yes: There is a condition brought on by fatigue that causes shacking of muscle when they are over used. Should go away. Sorry the name escapes me for the moment.
