Bad Calories: This is impossible to answer for you. There are so many variables such as size and thickness of the bread, the ingredients used to make the bread and then how much honey is on the bread. But, you must realize that this is a very unhealthy food item. It is nearly 100% carbohydrate or sugar calories. A healthy diet should be made up mostly of protein calories with only 25% of calories as carbs.
