Tooth extraction: Unless you have some bleeding abnormalities, after 4 days the extraction site should have clotted. The socket may have to be re-treated and sutured. You should check with an oral surgeon.

Not unheard of: Call your oral surgeon for a visit. Do you have sutures? You may have accidently pulled them through the tissue causing the bleeding.
