Mercury: A tuna diet will expose you to high amounts of mercury. Consider stopping this diet. If you eat tuna or any fish, consider supplementation with nac 600 mg twice daily (n acetyl cysteine), which promotes excretion of methylmercury as well as promotes glutathione formation. Glutathione is an antioxidant amongst other things.
