Ok: You are just above normal at 30.Likely if 31.5 and taking supplements and just above normql you will likely need to continue.You can get into the sun more but that has a risk of skin cancer.You can eat more vitamin d rich foods but risk gaining weight because have to drink and eat a ton to keep it up.The best alternative is to continue as Vitamin d defiency is linked to alot of problems
