Eat fresh food: Keep fresh organic fruits on hand at home. You can always stir-fry frozen peas, carrots, etc. With, say, lean turkey meat. Keep it simple. If you can afford it, use the food bar at, for example, whole foods, and bring stuff home. Look up simple recipes online and get to know them well. Energy bars and supplements are not meal substitutes! getting a master's degree requires real food for your brain.
