Medicine is availabl: Assuming that your wife agrees that termination of pregnancy is apprropriate, medicine can be used to end an early pregnancy without a surgical procedure. She would consult a provider and be given instructions on how to take pills and what to expect then. Birth control thereafter would seem best to avoid repitition.
