I have a one month old baby and she's been really stuffy. i use saline drops and a aspirator but it's only temporary. is there anything else i can do?

Humidity: You are already doing the saline drops, but in addition run a humidifier, take her in the bathroom while you shower, take a trip to a tropical rain forest!. Unfortunately, at this age, medicines to "dry her up" are more dangerous than helpful. They can do funky things to her heart, make her vomit, etc - just not a good idea to use them. Humidify, suck out nose, small frequent feeds, cuddle and tlc.
