Probably: However i don't know enough to say for sure. Like is this new. And if it is new, an aspirator could be tried but safely.

Swollen nasal mucosa: try a cool mist humidifier and saline nose drops.too much use of an aspirator can cause more swelling but 1-2 times a day if you are getting secretions is fine
