Weight: Most likely you are significantly overweight and becoming Insulin resistant. You feel "starving" when your blood sugar returns to normal after eating. No one has ever been harmed by hunger. If you eat every time you're hungry, you will gain further weight. Boredom, anxiety, stress, etc also increase hunger after meals. Diet, exercise, keep busy, get a hobby. All will help you ignore hunger.
