Big injury:Good luck: Plateau fx can be complex. Each one has own personality, so may be better if you received specifics from your surgeon or therapist. Basic rom exercise is simple: the knee is a hinge and moves forward and backward. Any exercise that does that (hinges) will work. Sit on your bed, dangle your foot and try to raise your foot to straight in front, allow gravity to bend back . Can slide on floor also.
