Do small non displaced tibial plateau fractures need the knee immobilising? i didnt and have instability despite my acl reconstruction 3.5 months ago

Not usually: Tibial plateau (front of the bone at it's STRONGEST edge! Shaped like a triangle the tibia plateau is the top "peak"... and this fracture generally heals without casting. The knee is usually stable following such injuries. Hope this is helpful!
