What is the probability a urologist could miss something during a cystoscopy? i have had penile pain for a long time & nothing was found to be wrong

Unlikely: Unfortunately, penile pain is a symptom for which we rarely find the cause. Cystoscopy can only evaluate the urethra and bladder, so most of the penis is not evaluated by this study. If something were there to be found, your urologist would have seen it.
