Many answers: That question can't be answered in 400 characters. You need to be evaluated by your doctor with a thorough history, physical exam, a trial of conservative therapy, and possibly an mri. There are many, many pathologies that can cause what you are describing. Most will heal on their own, some will require surgery. Some are no big deal, some are dangerous. See you doctor about it.
