Occupational hazard: Sitting for long hours, particularly on car/truck seats will predispose you to swelling ( the seat portion is longer and presses on the back of the knee area) i would suggest brisk walking whenever you get out of the truck, elevate your feet when you can, watch your salt intake and try different positions for your legs while driving ( as long as you can do this safely).

It's a problem: You can wear compression knee high socks. Take as many breaks as you can and walk when you take those breaks.

Swelling: Move around as much as you can while not driving. Watch your salt intake and alcohol and wear compression hose. If it continues you may have other health issues so see your dr.
