Positio: When you lay on your side, the body pressure sensors will cause the nostril closest to the pillow to stuff up. We all normally breathe through one nostril at a time in cycles of every 4-6 hours. If you have slight narrowing of one of your nostrils, then it may help you to sleep on the opposite side. Sleeping on the same side will help if the blockage is more pronounced.
