Both, but...: You should approach weightlifting & body weight movements in a high intensity interval training (hiit) manner. Keep the reps high (15-20) and limit rest periods between movements. Vary the movements with each set. You do not list your age. Hiit is high intensity and not for everybody. See your doctor first. Crossfit and tabata type workouts are examples of hiit.
