Healthy habits: Much of your body shape and size may be determined by heredity. Continue to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. Do a combination of cardiovascular exercise (running, swimming, bicycling, etc), strength building exercise (weights, push ups, etc. ) and flexibility training. It takes time and you really can't rush this.
