Predisbetic: We need to get a test called hba1c which ch can give us an idea about your sugar level for the last 3 monthsnorma is below 5.8 also we need 2 fasting glucose reading of >126 to diagnose diabetes i would still recomend exercise and diet to f keep sugar under control check with your pcp about theses tests. Thanks.
