Many causes: You need to see a doctor to see if fluid is due to vascular trouble, kidney trouble, etc.

Check with your doc: Ankle swelling may be from another problem such as heart, lung, kidney and others. Edema is too much fluid in your body. Vitamins have not much to do with it, as long as you have a mixed diet. There is no need to spend your $$$ on vitamins. Check with your doc to be safe.
