Possibly: Eye symptoms (at least one)include dry eyes >3 months, foreign body sensation in the eyes, artificial tears >3x per day? Ioral symptoms (at least one) dry mouth >3 months, recurrent or persistently swollen salivary glands, need liquids to swallow dry foods. There are some tests than can be performed by ophthalmologist. Most people use clinical criteria.Usually in females over 40 years.

See a rheumatologist: There a lot conditions that can cause dry eye such as thyroid disease but medications are the most common. Sometimes if labs are negative, we arrange for minor salivary gland to confirm the diagnosis. Hope that helps.
